   2. Hats require a minimum of 6 pieces.
   3. We supply goods of all kinds, as well as printing on customer supplied goods.

Cost is based on type, quantity of items ordered, and the method of printing:

Screen printing costs are determined by:

1. 1. Number of colors in the design
   2. Number of location being printed
   3. Design and screen preparation charge

Screen printing is price effective on orders of a dozen or more when printed with the same design in the same location. Average Screen printing cost, 1 color left chest 1 color full back $6 to $8 each for 12 T-shirts.

Embroidery costs are determined by:

1. 1. Stitch count of the design
   2. Number of embroidered locations
   3. Custom designs have a one-time digitizing fee to convert design for embroidery

Embroidery Average cost: 6 pieces left chest $6-8 plus garment cost.

Average Digitizing cost: $10.00 and up.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) costs are determined by:

1. 1. Design preparation time
   2. Number of locations printed

DTG printing is a cost efficient method for complex multi-color designs in short runs. A single T-shirt will be $20.00. Pricing will lower when the design is being used on several garments.

Personalization

1. 1. Size of design, or number/nsme
   2. Number of locations

Names and numbers cost between $8.00-$10.00 depending on number of colors and size.

1. 1. 7-10 business days is a normal lead time
   2. Repeat orders require 5-7 days
   3. Rush orders are accepted

We can create the design in the following ways:

1. 1. An original design we create with your input
   2. Scanning an original drawing you provide

We can use your design in the following preferred formats:

1. 1. Vector/line art from an Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw file is the first preference
   2. A high resolution (300 dpi) jpeg can be used
   3. Photoshop original files
   4. E-mail to info@tsandmore.com

Design proofs will be sent to you as PDF files via e-mail.
